All you need is.......
Eggs - 4
Onion - 1/2 (chopped finely)
Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk / Water - 3 tblspn
- Whisk the eggs well in a mixing bowl..... Add milk and all the other ingredients.
- Mix them well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour half the mixture.... spread it out fully on the pan. Let it cook for 2 min until it becomes firm.
- Now, starting from one end roll the egg.....pull it up to the center and pour half the remaining mixture as a continuation from the edge.... wait for it to cook and repeat the process until the mixture is finished up.
- Press the whole log egg roll with the back of the ladle and cut into rolls.
Serve it warm with sauce or chutney of your choice......
