Egg Rolls

All you need is.......

Eggs - 4
Onion - 1/2 (chopped finely)
Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk / Water - 3 tblspn

Get going...........

  1. Whisk the eggs well in a mixing bowl..... Add milk and all the other ingredients.
  2. Mix them well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour half the mixture.... spread it out fully on the pan. Let it cook for 2 min until it becomes firm.
  4. Now, starting from one end roll the egg.....pull it up to the center and pour half the remaining mixture as a continuation from the edge.... wait for it to cook and repeat the process until the mixture is finished up.
  5. Press the whole log egg roll with the back of the ladle and cut into rolls.
Serve it warm with sauce or chutney of your choice......
