Atlast the movie 'Vishwaroopam' has finally reached the screens a couple of days back..... I saw the movie yesterday, it was good.... the tremendous effort of the artist is visible in all aspects and it needs a special mention for the effort itself.... The screenplay was good and quite interesting.... It was a movie worth the wait.....
You will need..........
Broccoli - 1 (Shredded or chopped finely)
Moong Dal - 1/4 cup (soaked for an hour)
Onion - 1 (chopped finely)
Green chilli - 2 (chopped finely)
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - a sprig
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Get going..........
Heat a kadai with oil and temper it with mustard, urad dal, curry leaves and cumin. Then add in the green chilly and onions. Saute it until the onions become transparent. Now throw in the moong dal and cook until they are tender. This will take only a very few mins as they've been already soaked. Now add in the grated broccoli. Saute it for about 3 mins. Add the required salt. Give a quick stir and switch off the stove.
Enjoy this stir-fry with any mild curry and rice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
