So how was Diwali? Had loads of fun? And finally the festival for which there's been a year of waiting is over... so now we all start looking for the next Diwali........ isn't it.... as it is 'the biggest occasion' in India...
You will need...........
Radish - 1/2 cup (grated)
Onion - 1/2 cup (chopped finely)
Tomato - 1/4 cup (chopped finely)
Jeera - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Get going...........
- Heat oil in a kadai and temper it with jeera.
- When jeera starts sizzling, add in the radish along with turmeric powder and salt. Saute until the raw smell changes.
- Then add in the onions and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes turn mushy.
- Now add in 1 cup of water and cook until the veggies are done.
- Add in the pepper powder after it reaches the desired consistency.
Serve it along with bread pieces or soup sticks and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
