All you need is..........
White flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Yeast - 1 tsp
Warm milk - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2 tblspn
Raw sugar - 1 tblspn
Dry Apricot - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Get going..........
- Proof yeast in warm milk mixed with sugar.
- In a bowl take flour and salt. Add butter and vanilla to this. Now add in the yeast and prepare a soft dough.
- When the dough becomes pliable add in the apricots and mix well until they start falling apart from the dough. Stop kneading.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Then knock down the air. Divide it into portions. Roll each and place it in a baking tray. Allow it for the second rise.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 20 mins until its golden brown on the top.
Slice and have it warm with nutella spread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
