Milkshake is one of those recipes, one would love to make at anytime of the day b'cos of its simple handy ingredients. Yet it has no compromise on its taste...... and is divinely relishing..... Yesterday when I saw my couple of bananas pulling on a brown wrapper.... the first thought that struck me, was to dunk them in milk... and yes it upheld the magic.... they were all into tummies in no time... with not even a trace of the yellow fruit...
Banana - 2 (cut into chunks)
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tbsp (honey would be a healthier substitute)
- Take the banana chunks in a blender with 1 cup of milk.
- If you are adding honey or sugar, add it and run it in the blender. If you do not have a sweet tooth just skip them... as the banana themselves would be sweet enough.
- Then add the remaining milk and run it again.
- Pour them into serving glasses along with ice cubes.
Enjoy them topped with a dollop of ice cream or maple syrup with a stick of vanilla wafer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
